Structure
Sturucture material aluminium composite panel are protective film, clear coating PVDF, primer coating, antirust layer, aluminium skin and polyethylene core. For increase the quality some product use no-combustible filled core.

- Panel thickness ACP is approximately 2 to 3mm (mostly interior), 4mm, 5mm and 6mm. but in Indonesia panel thickness ACP generally 4mm.
- Panel size ACP board width 1220mm or 1250mm, length ACP 2440mm to 4880mm
- Coil thickness approximately 0.1 to 0.5mm. for exterior you should minimum 0.3mm
- Product tolerance width approximately 2mm, length 3mm, and thickness 0.2mm.
